We provide residential home inspections, commercial property inspections, mold inspections, radon testing, and septic system inspections. Inspection scope includes the roof, attic, insulation, plumbing, electrical, exterior systems (stucco, siding, etc.), and all major structural and mechanical components.
Most home inspections take 2 to 3.5 hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. Anthony takes the time to do the job right and is happy to walk the home with you to answer questions and explain findings as he goes.
We strongly encourage it. Being present during the inspection is one of the best ways to learn about your home — Anthony will walk you through findings in real time, point out maintenance items, and answer any questions you have. It's a much richer experience than just reading the report afterward.
